I went to Lisa due to having hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, chin and forehead. Lisa gave me a very in depth consultation discussing treatments and prices that would be comfortable for me. Firstly I had a consultation with Lisa where she explained what she could do and was happy to answer my questions. On the day of my appointment I was slightly nervous. Lisa was very reassuring. On the day of my appointment I was slightly nervous. Lisa was very reassuring. The treatment I received was excellent and throughout it Lisa explained everything she was doing in a friendly but professional manner. Sometimes you feel rushed but this was the exact opposite I'm absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Alainn Skin Clinic.
The clinic itself is absolutely spotless and the relaxing music playing really does help.

Being introduced to Image products I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin. By introducing an at home routine along with the regular facials at the clinic, I’m really loving my skin.

Lisa was very comprehensive in her consultation and she clearly knows her stuff.
