On the day of my appointment I was slightly nervous. Lisa was very reassuring. The treatment I received was excellent and throughout it Lisa explained everything she was doing in a friendly but professional manner. Sometimes you feel rushed but this was the exact opposite I'm absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Alainn Skin Clinic.
The clinic itself is absolutely spotless and the relaxing music playing really does help.
I'll definitely be returning.

I have to add to my review, I've just had my 3rd appointment with Lisa and honestly if anyone is considering any skin treatments, please go to Alainn Skin Clinic.
I promise, Lisa's priority isn't about making money, it's about making you look and feel more confident about yourself.
She doesn't promise you miracles and is realistic but I'm in my 50s and I'm never going to look 40 again.
Initially I wanted the quick fix of fillers but after discussing it with Lisa, she recommended microneedling and after she explained it to me, it made so much more sense in my case (Google it). I'm having 3 sessions but after the first session, not straight away, possibly after 2 or 3 weeks, I felt more "glowy"
I had my second session last night and I'm so excited to see how much my skin will have improved in 3 to 6 months.
The session itself is heaven, I'm always rushed off my feet so lying down on a warm bed for an hour, hearing soothing music and then being pampered was heaven.
I said it in my first review but the place is spotless.
Also my parents are old and vulnerable, Lisa knows this, she phoned the day before my appointment to explain she had a cold and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I didn't but she wore a mask throughout
I know nothing about skin care so I love picking Lisa's brain, she's a wealth of knowledge from every skin problem to the best skin products

I have been going to Lisa for around 4 months now and I have been nothing but pleased with the progress of each treatment. I went to Lisa due to having hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, chin and forehead. Lisa gave me a very in depth consultation discussing treatments and prices that would be comfortable for me. Each time I go for a treatment she gives honest advice and tailors each treatment depending on my skin and its progress.
