If i could give zero stars i would. I moved to the area and was enquiering about my eyebrows lips and botox that i have done regularly! As i needed a new practitioner i was in contact via instgram to what appeared to be a nice ladie! Iv gone back on today to recomend my friend to their company to find out they have blocked and disabeld my account this isnt something u rush into to find the right person but seems because i didnt take up their deals or offers their and then they have blocked and disabeld me.... absolutley so rude and not a way to gain new customers in any shape or form! Seems you have lost two paying customers at this point..... also may i add to that u shouldnt judge someones circumstances so quickly i had my baby in hospital from fits at the time i was inquiering shame on all of you.... my moneys better off somewhere else for sure...... I am truly delighted with my experience. Mandie is professional, gentle, and very neurodivergent-friendly. She explained everything clearly and kindly informed me and guided me through each step, which helped me feel safe and contained.

The environment was calming, with soft lighting, brighter lights where needed, music, and a beautifully clean and well-organised space. Mandie is very knowledgeable and transparent, sharing product details, reasons for her questions, and even possible risks and worst-case scenarios. Her honesty and clarity gave me great confidence and helped me to make an informed decision.

Her touch is soft, steady, and precise, and she positioned her hands with such care that I never felt discomfort, even with my very sensitive mouth and teeth area. I did not need to ask for anything, as she seemed to anticipate all my needs. This is the mark of a passionate expert!!! She truly goes above and beyond!

Mandie also provided a thoughtful aftercare pack and all the information I needed, thoroughly explaining the reason behind each recommendation, showing just how well prepared she is. It’s been a while since I’ve had a similar procedure, but Mandie was fantastic. She made me feel completely at ease throughout. Normally, I’d be watching the clock, counting down until it’s over; but this time, I didn’t feel the need to do that at all. Her professionalism and calming approach made all the difference.
