Visited this clinic many times because I trust and all staff and most of doctors and nurses are nice and knowledgeable but the last time I decided not to go again because one of the doctors is very judgmental. I got botox injection from here and came back for another after 7-8 months but the doctor criticised me without listening to my reasons because not everyone is convenient to get the maintenance as I was travelling away from country to country but what he said is “it doesn’t matter where you are if you want your jawline slimmer you should not wait until now” I’m speechless because I tried to tell him my reasons but he denied to listen. I travelled to London after a nice few initial email conversations about cool sculpting Elite. On arrival at the clinic I found it quite sterile and ininviting. I travelled to London after a nice few initial email conversations about cool sculpting Elite. On arrival at the clinic I found it quite sterile and ininviting. There was politeness from the staff yet it felt very transactional and did not put me at ease. Found the process quite clinical and cold. Was told I was eligible for the procedure . Didn’t really get many details and I have been to another clinic since where I have been told that some cool sculpting may work but on particular areas of concern it would’t work. I was also told to have 2 cycles in one day which I found odd.. The second clinic I visited said this was not advised due to seeing results first and working from there. Just felt uncomfortable at AI Beauty and also quite fobbed off. Also 3 people in the room when I was looked at which also felt uncomfortable too .
My visit to the second clinic made me feel a lot more comfortable and they spent much more time examining me and talking to me about the process and results . I now feel much more confident in the choices I will be making about the procedures and am so glad I went on gut instinct and went somewhere else otherwise I would have paid money for a procedure on areas where it wont work ! I used to have a great impression of AI Beauty Clinic and always left five-star reviews after each visit. Because of this, I had no hesitation in purchasing two long-term treatment packages. However, my experience today was quite disappointing.

I had requested a 1 PM appointment two days in advance and arrived punctually at 12:50 PM. Despite this, I was left waiting for 40 minutes before being taken to a room, and the treatment did not actually begin until 1:40 PM.

The receptionist who spoke Chinese had a poor attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. Additionally, just one hour before my appointment, I received a message via social media asking if I could change my booking. However, since I was already on the subway with no signal, I didn’t see it in time. (For reference, I had already confirmed my appointment time the night before, and the clinic has a strict late policy where customers arriving 30 minutes late will have their bookings canceled.)

Yet, despite my punctuality, and without my consent or response, they chose to delay a long-term, prepaid customer with six remaining sessions for nearly 50 minutes.

To be fair, the clinic did give me a complimentary face mask as a goodwill gesture when I left, which I appreciate. Because of this, I am adjusting my review to four stars.

I hope this was just an isolated incident, and I sincerely hope that the appointment management system can be improved so that customers won’t have to experience such long delays in the future. Show less »

I did the photo rejuvenation here. The practitioner was very professional and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable despite some slight pain. I will probably come here from this time onward for all my skin treatments Show less »
