An appointment with Rachael is like an appointment with a friend. She always puts me at ease, takes time to understand my skin concerns while explaining what she can offer treatment-wise to help. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin now.

I have been a regular customer of Rachael since she started her business and have always been really happy with my treatments. I have Fibromyalgia and in a conversation with Rachael on one of my visits she told me about a range of Vitamin and Gut Healthy Supplements she now had in stock. I have been taking Vitamins for a few years to try and help with my Fibromyalgia so I decided to try them in place of the Vitamins I'd been taking for years.

I have frequent checks with my GP and in my most recent visit he asked if I was taking any B12 or Iron? I explained I'd switched to different ones and he said he could see a vast improvement in my B12 and Iron levels on my latest blood tests!

So after taking Vitamins for years I have finally found some that are actually doing me good so HUGE thanks to Rachael for recommending them, she told me they were good but to have that supported by my GP who could see improvements in my bloods was great to hear.
