Gutted is an understatement! Drive past this hair dresser over 7 years and one time I went in they quoted me 250 quid for my long hair I didn’t have that kind of money so I couldn’t get it done. I thought 1 day I’ll have enough and I’ll get it done .. so I went in 300 they said I was like yes let’s do this single mam of 2 it was a lot of money, anyway I want a full head balayage, instead I got a couple of foils at the front and couple at the back, not what I asked for so I did complain and I went back.. it’s not really on for £300!! Anyway I just said make me dark again but keep the front bright so he decides to highlight 2 pieces at the front again! So I went home thinking it’s ok but not worth £300 quid and to top it of the front broke of!! I am gutted never go back there wish I didn’t spend that much money and stuck with shit hair till can afford the normal price of 200 and I get what I wanted, this place is just smoke and mirrors Show less »

I have been going to Aesthetics Solihull since last year, the atmosphere is always amazing, the staff are all super friendly and professional. My stylist Molly is absolutely incredible she is super skilled, friendly and makes you feel so well looked after. She takes care and listens - when I first came I was looking to get quite a lot of my length taken off after years and years of long hair so I was a little nervous and she made me feel at ease and styled my hair just how I wanted. As a family we’ve been coming to this salon for many years and are never disappointed. I had my hair cut by Molly again today and I am so happy with the results and how she made me feel. I’ve anlso had my hair cut by Yasmin before and always come out feeling a million dollars. Andy always does the most amazing job at cutting my Mom and Sister’s hair too he’s just so talented and so welcoming to everyone. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon and the whole team. However, there is none on earth I trust with my hair more than Grace. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! I started getting my cut and blow-dry with her at 15 and she always aced it. I later felt the need to change my hair as the cut was always perfect. We started with balayages and have now build up to half and a whole head of bleach. My expectations have always been very high and it’s extremely hard to explain the look you imagine in your head to the person doing the work. Grace has ALWAYS smashed it out the park everytime. She has a great eye for colour theory and makes sure my hair is not too blonde for my skin tone. I cannot recommend her enough!!!! 🩷 Show less »
