Lorraine is amazing! She is so friendly and made me feel really comfortable straight away. We spoke about different things I felt I needed help with- my skin/trouble with acne being one of them and she was incredibly knowledgeable, giving me details about my skin, what could potentially help, what won't help, different options etc. I left the appointment feeling really hopeful for the first time in years and excited about starting a new skin care routine with her recommended products. Absolute 5* experience with Lorraine. I am very anxious about needles but I felt completely calm and safe throughout my procedure. I recently had my lips done and I’m so happy with the results! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Lorraine took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time

The treatment itself was a lot quicker and not as painful as I thought it would be! My lips look fuller, more balanced, and still completely natural, which is exactly what I wanted. There was hardly any swelling and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow

Lorraine is incredible. I’ve been seeing Lorraine for many years now and highly recommend her to anyone who asks about aesthetic treatments.

This was my first experience in having any treatment, I was nervous but Lorraine made me feel very comfortable from start to finish.

Everything was explained in detail so I knew what to expect.

Another wonderful experience today with Lorraine. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Professional, honest, qualified and friendly. Lorraine gives clear advice, personalised treatment plans to get the best results. If you are nervous or unsure Lorraine is the person to see! Go for it, you won’t regret it.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Everyone's skin is different. During consultation, as well as assessing your skin, Lorraine takes time to listen, answer queries and advise the best options unique to your needs. You know you are not just being recommended to use the same products as the last person, except when it comes to SPF, ALWAYS use SPF!! :)

All of the products are great quality and they really do work!

Lorraine is still on hand to answer any queries and review progress, almost a year into my journey.
