Mozhdeh has a tactic - picks and chooses who she wants as her client not a business for new customers. Cancels appointments without consulting customer first. Rude & Unprofessional in every aspect as Mozhdeh don’t reply back to your concerns, apparently she has too many messages to even get back to you! Why would I come back? Not pro active so don’t expect to be treated well. Lip blush didn’t even come out anyway. Save ur time and money. Business is a joke tbh go somewhere more versatile. Who will value you as a customer. There’s thousands of other businesses who will value you and appreciate you as there customer so don’t bother with this one. Ur reply back is not accurate you didn’t call me regarding the appointment yes u did message me only because I messaged you, within 21 mins you have cancelled my appointment without consulting me. I also think my 1 review history is irrelevant to this situation. You need to accept the fact that I am an unhappy customer, and you have failed to provide a solution to the situation and neglected a service to your customer who was planning on coming back and I could’ve potentially been a loyal customer.
