Booked in for B12 injection was left waiting for an hour for an appointment that took 5 minutes. Wasn’t offered water or anything whilst I waited or a reason for the wait.

I’ve been going to Nicole for laser removal for 9 months.
From the 1st time we met, Nicole has made me fee nothing but relaxed and comfortable during what can be an exposing and uncomfortable procedure.
I always leave having an absolute laugh and nothing is ever too much trouble for Nicole.

The salon is lovely and clean and has a very calming atmosphere.

I had a pregnancy massage with Laura today and it was everything I needed. Perfect setting, well informed of how the massage was going to take place and put at ease. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend

I moved into the area and was looking for somewhere local to have my nails done. Sophie is so fab, great at was she does and always fits me in. My nails have grown so long and healthy with her care. I was introduced to a PRP Vampire Facial with Jess after having IV Multi Vitamin treatment which I would also highly recommend!! Jess who is so professional and knowledgeable, explained what the procedure involves and the huge benefits this treatment gives you and your facial appearance. After having the treatment which was painless, my skin felt rejuvenated and so fresh looking and works over time from the huge benefits the treatment provides you. I remember looking in the mirror after my treatment and was surprised how youthful my skin looked and I knew over the coming weeks this would only get better! I am really looking forward to having my next vampire facial treatment with you Jess in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend this treatment and I have to my friends and family who have noticed that my skin is looking youthful and I have noticed this has increased my confidence. I purchased their treatment package for laser hair removal for under arms. I just had my 6th and final treatment under the package and I am so impressed. I believe I will need 2 more sessions but have barely any hair left and will always really recommend this treatment! I also regularly have massages by Laura and they are genuinely the best massages I’ve ever had. I also get my lashes done here for special occasions by Brooke and her service is incredible and the lashes always last really well on me. It’s so rare to find somewhere that does everything, and do it well!! So grateful I’ve found this place, thank you!! Show less »

I had the PRP vampire facial done by Jess and I can’t stop speaking about it! It was my first time getting this type of treatment done, she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in depth. My skin feels and looks amazing after just one session. Even my partner noticed some of my fine lines had just disappeared. I can’t recommend enough! 🤍
