I have had treatments few months ago with a different lady in caldicot and it hurt and barely any results although Josie knew exactly what to do and didnt push me or even agree with certain things that i didnt need doing very honest Josie is which is why i am so happy! I've never felt so comfortable with a practitioner before - Josie takes time to understand your needs fully, to make sure you are completely comfortable and satisfied before any treatments are carried out. She also checks in with you throughout to ensure you are still comfortable at all times & follows up with aftercare & downtime information, so you also leave the appointment feeling comfortable.

You can definitely feel that she is super passionate about providing the best results!

I have now had anti wrinkle, lip filler & lemon bottle and the results have been amazing & have lasted ages.
Highly recommend - I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments now, but also can't wait to get booked in again!
