I recently had a truly wonderful experience at Advanced Aesthetics and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely Jen at reception. Her warmth, welcoming smile, and genuine friendliness immediately put me at ease. It's such a refreshing start to any appointment, and Jen certainly set a fantastic tone for my visit.

My main treatment involved having fillers, administered by Steph. I can honestly say that Steph's skills, knowledge, and sheer enthusiasm for her work are second to none. She possesses an incredible ability to understand exactly what a client is hoping to achieve from their treatment. Steph listened attentively to my desires and then executed the procedure with such precision and artistry, achieving a beautiful and natural-looking result.

What truly stood out was Steph's palpable desire to help me feel my best. This dedication radiated from her throughout the entire process, and I felt completely safe and confident in her capable hands. Her professionalism, combined with her compassionate approach, made the experience incredibly positive and reassuring.

I accessed this highly reputable aesthetics company through associations with Gwrych Castle, which hosts regular holistic & aesthetics clinic days at Tan-yr-Ogo Lodge and Ty Crwn cottage, both on the Castle's Estate.
I sought treatments to assist in the rejuvenation of significant historic and hardened scar tissue, both facially and on the neck, in circumference.
It would be a diminishment of Stephanie's exceptional work to class its scale as merely aesthetic, rather, it has anatomically renovated tissue that I'd long since written off as a fait accompli.
I have had several deep treatments administered by Stephanie, the lead aesthetician, whom could not have done any more within the scope of her professional role or as a compassionate human, given the extremely sensitive nature of my goals and expectations.

Several months into treatment I can now muster the confidence to begin to live again after many years battling causative complex PTSD.
As an artist myself, I have also indulged in some tweakments, which were decided collaboratively as appropriate for my personal golden ratio, have been sculpted to be as natural as possible, and are virtually undetectable.
I intend to remain as one of Stephanie's many valued clients.
