I have never done a bad review before but I'm afraid this one has left me quite upset.

Went in yesterday for a Hollywood and leg wax. A lot of hairs left and have come up in an awful rash. I understand not all hairs are meant to be gone, especially due to ingrown/stubborn hairs. After plucking a few of the ingrown hairs out, I found a lot still there that should realistically come out with wax.

The Hollywood was definitely the worst as the rash I got was horrendous and I had a lot of hairs remaining or broken off. Again, I understand not all hairs should come out but having been to wax only salons, the technique can affect whether the hairs are broken off or pulled out completely. Having spent nearly £80, would not recommend for the results received. Show less »

I do not want to give even one star. Sorry but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion. The services doesn’t seem professional and I absolutely did not like the result. I do not want to give even one star. Sorry but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion. The services doesn’t seem professional and I absolutely did not like the result. I have had eyebrows and full face waxing done before and it has turned out beautifully. I showed them this was what I wanted and they said ya they could do it. So I trusted them. Not gonna lie it looked good and all but in 2-3 days the hair came back ( which has never happened before to me) and they came back even worse. I got the worst acne of my life even worse than my puberty and the hair that came back from the threading and the waxing is so tough. My eyebrows look like a lawn mower was used on them. My face has been ruined for the summer. I’m sorry for my harsh words but this was my honest experience. Show less »
