I hate leaving negative feedback but I'm having to change my original 5 star review, as I've been left really disappointed. I was happy with the initial service and Kajal was lovely, but my gel nails started peeling off after only 4/5 days. I was abroad for a wedding when this happened so I contacted the salon when I got home (a week after I had them done), and they refused to do anything to fix the peeling nails. I was told that this can only be done within 3 days of the initial treatment. Having paid £48 for a gel manicure, I would expect it to last a few weeks - far longer than the 3 days that their policy allows. I was told that I couldn't even have them removed for free, unless I paid another £28 for re-application. Very poor customer service for something that could have been quite simple to fix. Esha is very helpful and accomodating. I did spa pedicure. Her service is really good.

I went for eyebrow threading and a spa pedicure, I had the same girl for both. She threaded my eyebrows into two different shapes and when I asked her to make them look the same she said no and insisted they were “perfect”. Thankfully another staff member later agreed one was thick and one was thin and corrected them.

During the pedicure, she exfoliated the side of my foot so aggressively that I twice told her (and then reception) that it hurt, but I was told it was “normal.” It burned in the water and the next day was badly bruised. A shocked doctor confirmed it must have been “incredibly aggressive” and told me to ice, elevate and stay off my feet for a week.

The manager later called and apologised. I asked for a refund and for reassurance the girl wouldn’t treat anyone else until she’d had more training. I was told she’d been there for years and had sufficient training. The manager said refunds could only be done in person Mon–Fri, which wasn’t workable as I also work full time Mon–Fri and at that point couldn’t walk without being in pain. Communication with her was unnecessarily difficult, and after repeated missed calls and messages I gave up. I never got my money back and won’t be returning. I’ll also strongly advise others to avoid this salon. Show less »

Esha thank you - I love my nails. It was a lovely relaxing time for me chatting to you. Many thanks. I will come back again... and try shellac next time 😀

I had a 60 minute facial with Esha and she was amazing from the beginning. She had the most amazing hands, fully relaxed from the start. She cared about every step. Thank you. I will be going back!

I have never done a bad review before but I'm afraid this one has left me quite upset.

Went in yesterday for a Hollywood and leg wax. A lot of hairs left and have come up in an awful rash. I understand not all hairs are meant to be gone, especially due to ingrown/stubborn hairs. After plucking a few of the ingrown hairs out, I found a lot still there that should realistically come out with wax.

The Hollywood was definitely the worst as the rash I got was horrendous and I had a lot of hairs remaining or broken off. Again, I understand not all hairs should come out but having been to wax only salons, the technique can affect whether the hairs are broken off or pulled out completely. Having spent nearly £80, would not recommend for the results received. Show less »

Has done shellac nails with Adorn beauty, staff is nice but not a great experience, the side of the nails not painted fully. Would expect better finishing at £43.

I do not want to give even one star. Sorry but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion. The services doesn’t seem professional and I absolutely did not like the result. I have had eyebrows and full face waxing done before and it has turned out beautifully. I showed them this was what I wanted and they said ya they could do it. So I trusted them. Not... Show more »
I do not want to give even one star. Sorry but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion. The services doesn’t seem professional and I absolutely did not like the result. I have had eyebrows and full face waxing done before and it has turned out beautifully. I showed them this was what I wanted and they said ya they could do it. So I trusted them. Not gonna lie it looked good and all but in 2-3 days the hair came back ( which has never happened before to me) and they came back even worse. I got the worst acne of my life even worse than my puberty and the hair that came back from the threading and the waxing is so tough. My eyebrows look like a lawn mower was used on them. My face has been ruined for the summer. I’m sorry for my harsh words but this was my honest experience. Show less »
