I went to Adele's for fat injections on my chin. I had 5 sessions of LipoLab, and 2 sessions of Lemon Bottle. Not only did they make no difference, in fact Lemon Bottle appears to have made my chin bigger! I went to Adele's for fat injections on my chin. I had 5 sessions of LipoLab, and 2 sessions of Lemon Bottle. Not only did they make no difference, in fact Lemon Bottle appears to have made my chin bigger! Disappointed at seeing no results, I went back to Adele's to discuss about a refund, even if partial one. I did after all pay over £180 for a service I DID NOT GET and I was charged £70 per bottle (lemon bottle)!

And what did Adele say? That it DOESN'T WORK THIS WAY and there won't be a refund! That I came to her house booking an appointment to ask for a refund. Would you rather I came uninvited? I'm sorry that your house is literally where your business is at! Adele cares more about money than good business, she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional and had literal zero intentions of offering me any serious resolution for all this time and money I wasted on her fat injection business. She also had the gall to say that ''she was on training while doing LipoLab'' then DON'T ADVERTISE AND CHARGE FOR IT. It's literally not your customers' problem. Show less »

I had the best experience with Adele having my eyebrows microbladed on Saturday they look absolutely amazing I am so happy with them I never thought in a million years I would have the most perfect brows and now I have!
