Abbie Victoria is fantastic...I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. If you’re thinking about booking a Dermaplaning facial, do it. It’s absolute heaven. My skin has never felt better! Show less »

Was so nervous to have microblading, Abbie was fantastic and I’m so pleased with the results, Abbie was so patient making sure everything was to perfection, can’t thank her enough 😊

Visited here today for the first time, I think they spoke 3 sentences to me! The worst customer experience I have ever had! I have never been to a salon and had somebody hardly speak with me! Was hoping to start going here for all my treatments but it’s a definate NO! Baffled!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and tint, but walked out with uneven brows and frustration. When I politely messaged (after getting home to realise how uneven they were), the staff were dismissive and borderline rude, offering no real apology or attempt to fix the issue. The best day of my life ,I had my brows microblades and I cannot thank enaugh Abbie!!! She made my brows to look so amazing ,natural look and the shape is just wow .. I'm one of them girls that won't do anything to my skin hahaha Only Abbie I had in my mind that one day will come and she will do my brows and that day finally arrived and Yes I can't stop look... Made appointment online for eyebrow tint and wax and nails to be done around 40 mins later. Assumed if there was time inbetween I would nip for a coffee next door. The first appointment was made for 9.45am and received confirmation along with the nail appointment at 10.30 the same day. Arrived on the day at 9.40 and was told I had arrived early. They looked at their system and said both appointments were for later but the same day. Showed them the confirmation I had received showing the time of my appointment. My appointment times had been changed without me confirming it was OK to do so. I cannot fault the work that the girls do and they are very friendly but this method of changing appointments, I believe is unacceptable. These appointments were for a special occasion and quite frankly left me in limbo. Would I return? To be honest I am not sure. Show less »
