I am a weekly regular of Izzie’s for lashes, this week is my wedding week and I just wanted to say how accommodating she has been to fit all my appointments in! Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I had a Korean lash lift on 9 December which unfortunately did not work at all. On that day, I also had to wait approximately 10–15 minutes past my appointment time before the treatment started, and the appointment then felt rushed. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I had a Korean lash lift on 9 December which unfortunately did not work at all. On that day, I also had to wait approximately 10–15 minutes past my appointment time before the treatment started, and the appointment then felt rushed. I believe this may have affected the quality of the result.

I returned to the salon a few days later and spoke with Becky, who confirmed the treatment had failed and advised me to come back after 6 weeks for a redo. I specifically asked whether I would need to pay again and was clearly told that the redo would be free, as the original service had not worked.

When I returned after the 6-week period, the treatment was carried out, but I was unexpectedly asked to pay at the end. This was not what had been agreed, and I would not have proceeded if I had known there would be a charge.

I have emailed the salon to resolve this matter, however I have received no response. As a result, I am now disputing the payment with my bank.

Very disappointing experience, both in terms of the service and the lack of communication. I hope the management will contact me urgently so this issue can be resolved. Show less »

I will not use there services ever again . If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everytime I come to the salon I'm made to feel welcome, like a friend and have the best time, even when I'm having a bad time. Claire does my vivid red/copper hair and has honestly transformed my confidence with it. Claire is attentive, absolutely hilarious and just lovely, and would go above and beyond for her clie... If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everytime I come to the salon I'm made to feel welcome, like a friend and have the best time, even when I'm having a bad time.
Claire does my vivid red/copper hair and has honestly transformed my confidence with it. Claire is attentive, absolutely hilarious and just lovely, and would go above and beyond for her clients where possible (my hen do and wedding appts for example!). I look forward to our appts everytime as I know we'll just spend the whole time laughing, yapping and making me feel super glam again.
Lydia does my nails and again, absolutely stellar at her craft. We've created some of the most cursed, weird but still very cute nail sets that have gotten SO many compliments and laughs that I cannot imagine entrusting the job to anyone else.
Even when I'm in my appts or just waiting, the rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming and always stop to check in.
Absolute magic is being performed at 81RG and I cannot wait for my next round of treatments, thank you gals x Show less »

My wife came for an appointment for her eyelashes and eyebrows today. She turned up for her 9am appt and the shop was closed. She waited for 20 minutes and no one arrived. When she got home she rang to say she turned up but the shop was empty. The lady on the phone said the woman who was doing her eyelashes was ill and no one starts work until 10 to ring and... My wife came for an appointment for her eyelashes and eyebrows today. She turned up for her 9am appt and the shop was closed. She waited for 20 minutes and no one arrived. When she got home she rang to say she turned up but the shop was empty. The lady on the phone said the woman who was doing her eyelashes was ill and no one starts work until 10 to ring and inform her but the eyebrow appointment still stands. My wife explained that she will not be returning after already paying for a taxi there and back, waiting for no one to arrive, and not wanting her eyebrows done without it her eyes lashes. The lady on the phone very passive aggressively informed her they would charge her IN FULL for the eyebrow appointment for SHORT NOTICE (they didn’t even inform her that her eyelash appointment was cancelled). She refused to pay the fee and they took it anyway from her details on fresha. We understand they are different clinicians however that is Izzy’s responsibility to cover the cancellation fee on my wife’s behalf. Absolutely disgusting. there was no real concern about the first appointment cancellation by rosegarden which ended abruptly & convieniently for the receptionist who put the phone down after no concern or compassion, just wanted £30 for the eyebrows!! Just to note…. As soon I we contacted the bank the receptionist had triggered the £30 payment from our bank!!! Really poor service and without a refund we won’t be back again! Given this situation I would really like to talk this over with the owner please. Show less »
