I honestly cannot recommend this hospital enough! From my very first consultation, every step of my journey has been seamless, professional, and above all, caring. The entire team made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout the process, and I knew I was in the best hands possible.

My surgeon, Dr. Giulia Colavitti, is absolutely fabulous — not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also warm, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. Her talent is nothing short of magical — I couldn’t have dreamed of better results. For me, absolutely life changing!!

The nursing staff were equally wonderful, providing attentive aftercare after my surgery and making each check-up both pre-op and post-op feel personal and supportive. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and I feel so grateful for the experience I’ve had here.

If you are considering breast reduction and uplift surgery (or any cosmetic procedure), look no further. Dr. Colavitti and the team are exceptional — I finally feel like the very best version of myself!

Aftercare was also excellent.
I would definitely recommend to others and I would use again if needed in the future.

I actually left a 5* on Trustpilot straight after my surgery then things went a little downhill which was really disappointing if I had waited I wouldn't have done so. I won't say I regret leaving my 5* as my surgeon Mr Maklad and ALL the team I had on the day were amazing, reception staff amazing and my nurse Chloe was amazing!

Soon after surgery I had an infection in one of my wounds- no problem as these things can happen, for me what really upset me my CCC person Gail Banks was too slow in replying to my emails and didn't return my call caused me so much distress, having to go to my GP for antibiotics as I was worried in leaving it all weekend she passed my messages on too late to the medical team so they couldn't act faster. The infection got so bad with tablets so god only knows how poorly I would have been if I waited for her to come back to me but that day I kept bothering her until someone called me, the message was only passed to the nurse an hour before close and I first emailed at mid day! I then had to drive over at 7pm to be seen and the ward nurse came off the ward and thank god she did because the infection turned out to be awful.

She since then has ignored around 4 of my emails asking to book in for my surgeon review I ended up sorting it via the lovely lady on reception! The CCC has REALLY let me down which is unacceptable when I have paid 8k for this!

Also when my nurse was poorly they had no one to cover her clinic which meant I had to drive short notice 2.5 hours to another clinic taking unpaid leave from work and the poor girl was then ran off her feet as they just moved all her clients instead of just covering the clinic and for patients like me needing 2 appointments a week with an awful infection was just not ideal when you have paid all that money.
When I spoke to the manager all I got was "its in the terms and conditions that if a staff member is sick you can be treated in another clinic" as a good will gesture you would have thought they would have offered me something seeing as ALL clinics are so far apart.
Such a shame as I say the team on the day were great but I wouldn't use them again due to the reasons above and the lack of care shown by Gail herself. Everyone else was great. Show less »

I felt listened to, but equally the surgeon kept my expectations realistic. I had my surgery yesterday and was blown away by how accommodating all the staff were. I felt listened to, but equally the surgeon kept my expectations realistic. I had my surgery yesterday and was blown away by how accommodating all the staff were. My surgeon was Mr.Ho and I am so glad I chose him as I am already so much more confident ( even if I am still sore haha) . The communication I had with Rebecca Taylor throughout the whole process was always speeding and efficient. If I ever choose to have any cosmetic surgery in the future I will definitely return here. 10/10 recommendation from me 🙂 Show less »

My surgery was a few weeks ago, I had an issue with the contradicting advise for members of staff telling me key information. I addressed those issues with the manager, Rebecca Taylor, I got patronised with her saying I have just come out of the operation, implying I was being emotional and stupid for not understanding things. She stated that the issue I had was not an issue at all, and I felt attacked as soon as she spoke to me. I said my feelings in the nicest way possible claiming it was no body’s fault but for future patients the clarity is not there. She then blamed me for not knowing basic information when the information was given to me in one of their numerous emails (at least two a day) and in the fine print. This is a disorganised and rude place to attend I do not recommend it. The contradiction with each other and the complete lack of respect for patients was not at all what I expected. The manager was plain rude and demeaning, I do not know how this place has been running with such a disrespectful staff member. Show less »

Do not go here for a breast enlargement! I had my consultation booked 30/04/25 for 12:30 and made the long journey from Nottingham setting off at 8am. The surgeon called in sick when I was on the train to Birmingham at 10:30! Completely unacceptable. Do not go here for a breast enlargement! I had my consultation booked 30/04/25 for 12:30 and made the long journey from Nottingham setting off at 8am. The surgeon called in sick when I was on the train to Birmingham at 10:30! Completely unacceptable. I was then told to go to the clinic for my appointment anyway as my appointment ‘could still be made’ to which I spent further money on transportation. I was then told my appointment was still cancelled and rescheduled to 4 and advised to spend time at a ‘brilliant retail park’. So I spent further money on transportation only to get to the retail park which consisted of a Curry’s PC world and b&m. I spent 2 hours waiting there and had to return to the clinic due to low battery on my phone. When I returned they further postponed my appointment to 4:30. They offered no compensation for my wasted time and travel which was a complete fault of there’s. I left with no consultation and wasted money and time. They didn’t even offer to rebook my consultation. The staff were rude, dismissive and unhelpful with no consideration towards my frustration. This could’ve all been resolved if the surgeon called in sick when the clinic opened. Show less »
