I was 40 weeks pregnant! And very comfortable, I have been to her multiple times and love her she never makes me nervous she always makes sure I’m comfortable. She takes her time and we have great conversations always! She was also making sure I didn’t want to change positions or if I needed a break.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, she made me feel so comfortable. She’s so loving, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’m always nervous about the pain because I do not do well with pain, but she talked to me the whole appointment and kept me calm ( and don't worry if you're not a talker, she has silent appointments you can book). I’d honestly rate the pain a 2/10. It wasn’t bad at all. She really knows what she’s doing, she educates you, and she makes sure she gets every single hair. I have never had the courage to get a wax. Jalea popped up on my FYP and I booked immediately. I have no regrets, and will be back! She was personable and made sure I was comfortable. The results are great and my only regret is not doing this sooner!

Such a great experience for my first wax in a new city! The space is very welcoming, aesthetically pleasing, and super clean. She made me feel so comfortable warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’m so happy I found my new go-to waxer!

New in town and found Jalea! Had such a great experience! She made me feel super comfortable and the Brazilian wax was quick, easy, and way less painful than any wax procedures I’ve ever gotten. Very gentle, friendly, and professional, I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend!!

Had a great experience getting a bikini wax! She was super thorough and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she was fun to chat with, which made the whole experience way more comfortable. The room was so cozy and cute—loved the pink vibe! Definitely recommend and will be back.
