She was incredibly understanding and talked me through the dissolving process. We then decided to use Sunekos and the difference is incredible. Katrina is so caring and professional and has a skill that can only be gained through knowledge and experience. I had my eyebrows tattooed by another company over 5 years ago which has now left me with a red 'ghost tattoo'. A lot of people would point it out and think it was a birth mark which left me feeling really conscious. I did a lot of research on getting them removed and Katrina Jones was the only company I found that would leave my hair instead of shaving it all off (it made me feel more comfortable knowing I would still have my eyebrow hair). I have had 2 sessions so far and they are looking FAB, they are no longer red! Katrina is such a lovely, helpful, comforting lady and she certainly knows her stuff, I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
