I was introduced to Charina by a friend who highly recommended her for her recognized expertise and reliability. I have to admit, before getting the Botox treatment, I was a bit nervous — it was my first time and I didn’t know exactly what to expect.

But from the very first appointment, Charina made me feel completely at ease. She was extremely professional, clearly explained every step of the process, and patiently answered all my questions. She guided me through the entire experience and also gave great aftercare advice.

Today, at my follow-up visit, I can honestly say I’m more than satisfied — the result is natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for.

The service Charina provides is the most professional and friendly I’ve experienced . As a fellow nurse I know she is extremely well educated about the treatments she delivers. She is also very honest. She advised me on my first appointment with her that I didn’t need or should not have Botox as it was to soon after one of my last treatments in town but to return in a few weeks which I did. The results are great and I received injections in more suitable areas than I received at an Edinburgh clinic. She also asked me to return in a couple of weeks to check my results.
