My fist appointment was so professional she really made me feel at ease. Straight away I felt confident that I could trust her with my face. I had been deliberating for a long time before taking the decision to have any treatment. Carolyn explained everything in detail. All the different things she works with and the effects it has. Advising me at the end what type of treatment was right for me.

Appointment two was the procedure. She made me feel so relaxed taking her time and talking me through every step. Less than 45 minutes later and you could already see a difference. I was so pleased that after less than one hour later I left feeling more confident and very happy.

Appointment three was a follow up consultation two weeks later.
