I came in initially quite hesitant, especially about Botox, as I had a bad experience in the past with droopy eyelids and migraines for days. But Katie was absolutely amazing — she worked with such precision and care that none of those issues came back. The results look natural and I truly feel more confident now.

I’m also currently undergoing PRP treatments here (just had my second session), and I’m already seeing real results — my hair is visibly growing back, which feels incredible. I also appreciate that Katie took into account my autoimmune condition and supported the treatment with biotin and B12 injections. Her approach is both professional and genuinely thoughtful.
