I had the Emerald laser treatment, and had a great experience and more importantly a great result. Leah has been absolutely fantastic throughout my treatments — so supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m now three months into my Sofwave treatment and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I’m writing this review specifically about a treatment recommendation I accepted based on the clinic’s expertise. While the overall experience and staff were truly exceptional—warm, professional, and welcoming—I left feeling disappointed with the outcome of the treatment itself.

I visited Medispa with concerns focused on my neck and eye area. These were my primary issues, and during the consultation (which was lovely), I was advised to undergo Sofwave—a high-end treatment. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to have my entire face treated, even though my concerns were more targeted. I did ask, “What if there’s no visible change?” and was reassured that a second round would be offered free of charge if needed. That assurance gave me the confidence to proceed.

The first treatment was somewhat painful, but the therapist was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. Twelve weeks later (or possibly eight—I’m not entirely sure), I returned for a review. Again, the service was impeccable, but the before-and-after photos showed almost no visible improvement. True to their word, they offered a second treatment at no cost, which I appreciated.

The second round was even better—virtually painless thanks to a technique the therapist had discovered. However, after another 12 weeks, the results were still underwhelming. There was a slight improvement overall, but the two areas I originally came in for—my neck and eyes—showed the least change.

So while my face looks marginally better, my core concerns remain. It feels like I was sold a luxury yacht when all I really needed was a reliable car. Beautiful, yes—but not what I came for. That’s why I’ve rated the experience three stars: five stars for the team and service, but a bittersweet outcome in terms of results. Show less »

I just want to say what a lovely, warm and professional environment the Medispa is in Telford, both Anna and Khizza made me feel very relaxed and taken care of and the PRP work I have had done on my head has had excellent results. I just want to say what a lovely, warm and professional environment the Medispa is in Telford, both Anna and Khizza made me feel very relaxed and taken care of and the PRP work I have had done on my head has had excellent results. Very skeptical at first as my crown area was fading fast, but after having 3 treatments last year and then a top up treatment every 6 to 8 months my hair is thinker, less faded and has improved considerably, I will continue to use Medispa if I need any other treatments including my PRP top ups as they are a very professional establishment and very nice people. I would recommend Medispa to anyone that wants to better their appearance in any way. 5 Stars Show less »

I was very nervous but during my consultation and my first session she made me feel so comfortable, just like being at home. Anna was very knowledgeable and talked me through all my options. There was no pressure to choose anything. I opted for Sofwave with a little Botox and fillers. So far have had the Sofwave treatment in Shrewsbury with Leah. Full results take 3 to 6 months, looking forward to the results. Todsy I had Botox with Dr Deejah.
