I love the refresh of the clinic, it’s very inviting and professional. You have to complete a patch test and the staff are really friendly. Klaudia is my technician and I think she is amazing, she’s got great customer service skills, is friendly and professional which I really like. I love the refresh of the clinic, it’s very inviting and professional. You have to complete a patch test and the staff are really friendly. Klaudia is my technician and I think she is amazing, she’s got great customer service skills, is friendly and professional which I really like. She’s very knowledgeable and has got a warm and friendly attitude. She always checks in to make sure you are feeling okay and explains everything so you are on the same page. Amazing staff really friendly and accommodating. My treatment was done to a very high professional standard. I was looked after and all my requirements were met. I have had 6 treatments with the diode laser for laser hair removal. The results are great, hair growth has slowed down a lot and in a few more treatments I will be hair free. Amazing staff really friendly and accommodating. My treatment was done to a very high professional standard. I was looked after and all my requirements were met. I have had 6 treatments with the diode laser for laser hair removal. The results are great, hair growth has slowed down a lot and in a few more treatments I will be hair free. The marks from shaving and waxing I had on my legs have disappeared and my skin tone has become more even. I would defiantly recommend this Clinic and their treatments.
