Had the most wonderful treatment from Carolina the owner of the salon. She did my lips for me. I am so happy with the result they are exactly how i wanted them. Not to full as i specifically requested i didn’t want them too big, i feel my face is more defined and I have more confidence. I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this clinic . Despite my initial trust, the injections used for botox and filler were of cheap quality and lasted only one week on my face. I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this clinic . Despite my initial trust, the injections used for botox and filler were of cheap quality and lasted only one week on my face. Despite trying again with a different product, the results were equally disappointing. The owner seemed concerned and even gave me gifts, as an injection of portfolio also make up for free , but as I realised the injections didn't work, her attitude changed drastically. She had the audacity to insinuate that I was a difficult client, rather than acknowledging the possibility of using subpar products. I paid $750 in cash for a service that not only failed but also ruined my holiday. I am still sad and i blame my self for mistakenly trusting her ! The shop owner's dismissal of my concerns and blame-shifting were utterly unprofessional. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. While I could pursue a refund, the thought of interacting with the owner again is something I'd rather avoid.!!! Save your money and your peace of mind by looking elsewhere for quality service and products. Show less »
