The electrologist that I see at this clinic, Tay, provides a wonderful and efficient service.
She is incredibly kind and patient with me considering that electrolysis can at times be a painful process.
And incredibly accommodating of any of my fluctuating access needs.
Whilst being in a vulnerable position accessing gender affirming care for something I can feel extremely dysphoric and mentally ill over (my facial hair), Tay is incredibly considerate.
Despite the pain I genuinely look forward to my weekly sessions.

So glad I found this place after searching for laser tattoo removal services for several weeks. Tay is a true professional, knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to the tattoo removal process, and he is super polite and friendly and easy to chat to. I didn't know what to expect when first having sessions but Tay explained the process in full and was happy to answer any questions I had. Tay also went extra mile with my appointments.

I went to see Tay about my uneven skin texture and open pores and had a carbon laser facial. The procedure itself was really straightforward and actually felt quite nice and warm.
