After the procedure I Asked what if I don’t like it? And was told I could have it dissolved. I was told that I would be contacted in 2 weeks. My issue is that I wasn’t contacted in 2 weeks or even 2-4 weeks and now that the festive season has ended and I contacted them about removing the botched lip filler. I’m being told I have to pay. The issue is not solely that I have to now pay to have it dissolved but the clinic owner is stipulating that she didn’t indeed say she would contact me !! Abysmal - why would I lie ? I 39 yrs of age and have no problem with comprehension. If they advised I call I would’ve but given the time of year and being made aware of that lack of availability in their clinic I didn’t chase until now. Now I’m being told that a conversation never even happened, I find that very insulting. Also I would like to be treated as an individual and not be told about other who Haven’t contact you about their experience(s) maybe they were also awaiting a phone call ? Either way I paid for a service I which I believe is of poor quality and will potentially charge this back from my original pay method. Show less »

I had my fillers done about a week ago although excited for this I was also a bit nervous going in however the professionalism and kindness from the woman made me feel so much better. The practitioner told me my face “wasn’t flawless” wanting to give me a filtered look and tried pressured me to take more filler than I was comfortable with, despite me clearly saying I was happy with the amount I had. Comments like these were triggering, especially as I suffer from anxiety. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a client, and the appointment left me feeling frustrated and upset. I do not feel this clinic prioritizes clients’ comfort or confidence and doesn’t take any accountability. Although I didn’t want more you said you don’t want go ahead with the treatment as you wanted more of a result. Show less »
