This is posted purely on the ignorance of the practitioner towards my loss of funds, as in I did not receive a full refund for my paid appointment that she tried to change to suit herself (this was not a first time this happened) and ultimately it had to be cancelled because it no longer suited me as she wanted to needle me the day before I went on a plane on holiday! I waited weeks for my refund and had to chase it up, ignored too. I was actually charged for her pleasure. I am not a charity & I always tip practitioners out of my own choice, neither is any business a charity but if you take a payment for a service and then you do not provide that agreed service the payee should receive a FULL refund. I questioned Megan in text and was told it was her system, and then I was ignored afterwards, basically my loss. This is bad practice and whether it’s a penny or £1000 the money does not belong to you nor was it given for free, you did not provide the service you took payment for and I should have been fully refunded with a decent apology for your lack of service and lack of care towards ensuring you dealt with my refund promptly and properly. If I wanted to I could take you to a small claims court to show you how services / agreements and funds for said services actually works but I don’t have time. You didn’t take a lot of money from me, but taking something from someone without permission is stealing and that is what you have did. Shameless and complete lack of integrity
