I recently visited FlyingMedicine for a Kenalog injection and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care I received. I found everything to be smooth, efficient, and professional. The nurse who administered the injection was absolutely fantastic, she was calm and incredibly reassuring, as well as the friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcome and valued. I’ve had Kenalog injections elsewhere in the past, but this was by far the most comfortable and stress-free experience I’ve had, would definitely recommend! Show less »

After a mix up with the parking, when I suggested it would be helpful to say on their website there was no parking, as I didn't realise where I'd parked was for staff only and wouldn't have done so if I'd of known beforehand, the doctor became rude and arrogant. After a mix up with the parking, when I suggested it would be helpful to say on their website there was no parking, as I didn't realise where I'd parked was for staff only and wouldn't have done so if I'd of known beforehand, the doctor became rude and arrogant. He then took great glee and pleasure in being able to turn me away, due to a previous medical condition. Again, if I'd have seen anything on their website beforehand, I'd of not booked. He didn't offer to refund me, I had to request it. The doctor is rude and unprofessional. It wasn't the disappointment of being turned away, it was his attitude that made the whole situation a bad experience.
Eta, They've also since replied to say, I'd previously booked and failed to turn up. This is a complete lie, I didn't even live in the area at the time, and had never visited before. Show less »

I went to Regent Street Clinic a few months back. I am not from Watford and really rubbish with directions hence I was running late for my appointment. I called reception and Poppy was so helpful and calm. I arrived a bit later but that was not a problem. Emily and Poppy were very welcoming when I arrived. Emily was pleasant and comforting during the consultation and understood my needs. Dr Nomy explained every step and showed me the sealed products with expiry date.
