I have just had an appointment with the WONDERFUL Adele for a Root Smudge/Cut & Finish. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like royalty! I was greeted with a huge smile, a hot drink and a hot water bottle to relax with whilst my hair was being done. This welcome from Adele gave such a wonderful impression and instantly made me feel at ease. I requested a Quiet Appointment due to having an anxiety disorder and I can't thank her enough for respecting my wishes and making me feel so relaxed. It's been a few years since I have been to a salon due to them being overwhelming for me but Adele was just so lovely that all that anxiety just melted away as soon as I sat in her chair. As regards to the hair cut/colour Adele is a fabulously talented stylist who clearly takes great pride in her work and I am OBSESSED with my new do! I definitely walked out of Olivia Knowles with a spring in my step and a new found confidence! I HIGHLY recommend both the salon and Adele to anyone!
