Absolutely fabulous consultation. Staff are caring, considerate and very understanding of your needs and worries. I was put at ease the moment I entered the door. Consultation was not rushed, clear information given and all my questions answered with care and consideration due to me having a phobia of needles. After the consultation I knew exactly what I wanted and at no point was I forced to take any treatment or book treatment.
I can't wait to start my treatment.

I am so impressed with Laura . I have had issues in the past with a previous doctor who did my botox . Laura is amazing , no issues. Friendly a lovely clean environment. I visited Katherine today for the photo skin analysis consultation and I found it an enjoyable experience especially the pre cleanse before the photo! I learnt a lot about my skin and Katherine provided all the details about the recommended treatments if I chose to go ahead in the future. I visited Nuvo for Deso Face as I’ve always felt self-conscious about my double chin, especially with my wedding coming up at the end of the year. After completing three courses, I was really happy with the results. Laura then recommended finishing with HiFu for even better results, and I’m so glad I did. Katherine was absolutely lovely and explained the treatment clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. I’m already noticing a difference!
