I’ve had a very poor experience with this practice, particularly with their orthodontic services, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.
My treatment has left me with a misaligned bite, and I later discovered that there is no qualified orthodontist on-site—only an orthodontic therapist. This was never made clear to me at the outset. As a result, I feel my treatment was rushed and poorly managed, without the proper oversight that is standard in orthodontic care. Despite paying thousands of pounds, I did not achieve the results I was promised. Even my own dentist was shocked at the outcome at the end of my treatment as my bite only meets in 2 places. The whole reason I had fixed braces was to rectify my bite.
To make matters worse, I was given Invisalign retainers that did not fit properly—they were loose and completely ineffective. I had to return to the practice eight separate times to try and resolve this issue, but the problem was never fully fixed. On one occasion, I was even given retainers based on my teeth before braces, which is simply unacceptable. I was offered a range of excuses, but the sheer number of mistakes made is, frankly, ridiculous.
I had to push hard just to receive a refund for the ill fitting retainers, and at one point, they even attempted to charge me lab fees for retainers I never received due to their own errors.
Administrative issues were just as frustrating. Appointments were frequently cancelled or rescheduled without proper notice, and I was often left waiting in the reception area for long periods with no communication. I was told staff were at the other branch, only to call there and be told the same thing.
Phone calls and voicemails went unanswered, and communication overall was extremely poor.
I truly wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the experience I’ve had. It’s been incredibly disappointing and stressful from start to finish.
