I am highly recommend Nicky for the procedure. While I have had Botox before, I have never achieved the natural appearance and immediate, visible results I have with her. My forehead lines have completely disappeared, and my face looks illuminated, which has made me feel much more confident.

Although I dislike needles, Nicky was amazing during the application and made me feel completely relaxed. She is very friendly and approachable, and when I have questions, she replies professionally and clearly.

The salon is immaculate, and the decoration creates a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciate that Nicky is always honest if a treatment doesn't suit me, which is why I continually return to her—she knows what her clients need and recommends the best suitable procedure for each individual.

I have seen Nicky on a number of occasions, and I can honestly say she is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring aesthetic practitioners I’ve ever met. From the very first consultation, Nicky made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns…..especially my needle phobia and explained every option in detail, to ensure I fully understood what would best suit my goals.

What stood out most was her honesty and artistry…..I told her she was like an artist! Nicky never pushes unnecessary treatments — instead, she focuses on creating natural looking results that enhance your features beautifully. It’s clear that she has a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a real passion for helping her clients look and feel their best.

The clinic itself is spotless, warm and welcoming, which always puts me at ease when I walk through the door. During the treatment, Nicky was gentle, precise, and reassuring throughout. Nicky totally listens to you she explains in detail about what treatment would benefit you and what treatment may not be beneficial. I am an older person in my 50s and it is clear I am not going to look younger but the options available may prevent future lines
I have been 4 times now and already I feel like I have gained a friend. I have had botox and threads in my face to stimulate my own collagen and I can see a difference and I am more than happy with the results.
Nicky will not use any products on her customers unless she tries them herself first so this gave me lots of confidence.
Her salon is amazing and spotlessly clean and all PPE was worn by Nicky at all times during treatment.

I was first introduced to Nicky a year ago by my sister who was already a client. As a man of a certain age I was extremely apprehensive about having any treatment myself. Needles and I are not the best of friends.
However Nicky opens her door and greets you as a friend rather than as a client and suddenly all those fears evaporated. Nicky has a warmth and approachability that you would probably not find from many in her profession.
I had chosen to have Botox treatment and Nicky explained everything in detail before starting the treatment which was really reassuring for a nervous first timer.
The treatment itself was completely painless which really surprised me. The price you pay also includes a two week follow up appointment and any top up you may need.
For any men out there who may have considered having a few tweaks but do not want to walk through the door of a beauty clinic, Nicky operates from a clinic on her own premises. The treatment room is fitted out to the highest standards and you just know that Nicky will only use the highest grade of products. The whole experience is a complete treat. So if there are any men reading this review, do yourself a favour and give Nicky a call. We deserve it as much as the ladies!

I had lip fillers and was scared only having numbing cream as I’d had bad experiences in the past but she was fantastic and I didn’t feel a thing.

I was nervous about beginning my aesthetics journey but Nicky put me right at ease from the start on my initial consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen and respond to your aspirations. You can tell Nicky is passionate about her work as she takes a holistic approach, suggesting treatments that will achieve your desired results whilst being realistic on any limitations. For me this was Botox and I am thrilled with the results which have far exceeded my expectations. I don’t believe this would have been achieved without Nicky’s skill and years of professional experience.
Nicky is very reassuring and I felt very much in a safe pair of hands especially as this is backed up by a free follow up check/tweak/top up after two weeks if necessary.
The treatment room in Nicky’s back garden is spacious, calm, welcoming and spotless. It is also easy to find with parking out front. Nicky herself is very friendly and approachable, so the entire process is relaxing and stress free.
