I'd arrived having tripped over and I was patched up by the kind staff in the surgery.
It made me a bit late for my filling, but that was still accommodated for me.
The filling went well with no pain at all, even afterwards.
I also received a follow up call the next day to check if I was OK.
Excellent customer service.

I have no problems in recommending New Road for any of your dental needs. I have only used them once in an emergency, the day before I was due to go on holiday a couple of weeks ago, and nothing was too much trouble. If they weren't so far away, I'd be asking to join them as regular patient. Thank you Cathy and the team. :)

I have been with New Road for years, and I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. I needed a filling today and Denay was brilliant. Really reassuring and made me feel at ease all the way through the process. If anyone is nervous about dental treatment, then this is definitely the dentist for you :)
