I made an appointment with Mel after googling skincare for my excema and inflamed skin. The appointment couldn't have been more helpful, Mel takes a lot of information from you regarding your current skincare routine and products, looks at your skin thoroughly using specialist equipment then advises you accordingly. There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you.
