I went to learn more about my skin and how to maintain it proactively, as there's so much misinformation out there on social media - I didn't want to waste my money. My consultation with her was absolutely worth it. Her knowledge of skin is so deep and it was honestly fascinating just talking to her - she explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, without being overwhelming.

What stood out most was her integrity. She focused on what my skin actually needs, recommending types of products and routines that were right for me, rather than pushing specific brands. There was absolutely no upselling, just thoughtful, honest guidance and education.

I left feeling informed, confident, and really looked after. It turned out that I needed significantly less effort than I thought to age gracefully! The report she sent me was one of the most interesting and detailed reports I've come across, it had so much good knowledge to set me up properly for years! I saw Mel at Neverland Skincare this week after recommendations from some of my family. To say she knows her stuff is an understatement, she was incredible! She spent her time getting to know me, asking me pertinent questions about my life and my skin and made links I have never even thought of. Every observation she made, she explained in a detailed way so that I could understand it and knew exactly what I needed to do. The report that she sent through on the same day was detailed and clear, telling me exactly what I needed to do to help my skin and look after it. More than this, she made me feel like I could ask any questions I wanted during the appointment but also after. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I can’t say enough good things about Mel. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and truly cares about skin goals. Every visit is relaxing and educational, and the results speak for themselves. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else 💆‍♀️✨

I met Mel nearly 8 years ago now and she helped me through a horrible skin situation. Fast forward and Mel is more knowledgeable than ever and is helping me through a different stage of my life.
Mel knows so much about skin and makes you so comfortable. The reports are so thorough and she won’t force you into anything! Highly recommend! CT xxx

The appointment couldn't have been more helpful, Mel takes a lot of information from you regarding your current skincare routine and products, looks at your skin thoroughly using specialist equipment then advises you accordingly. There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you.
