A massive thank you to my incredible trainer and the amazing Melissa — both of whom went above and beyond to create a learning environment that was not only professional and informative but also so warm, supportive, and empowering. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care truly stood out. I felt so comfortable asking questions, practicing hands-on techniques, and learning at my own pace — all while being guided with expert-level knowledge and encouragement.

I travelled all the way from the US to see MCR Aesthetics and honestly, it was so worth it. The clinic is gorgeous, the team made me feel really comfortable, and everything about the experience felt effortless.

My results are even better than I imagined - super natural but exactly the kind of lift and definition I wanted. I’ve tried places back home, but nothing has ever come close to this.

I can’t comment on the actual treatments as I never got to have mine. I was originally booked for last Tuesday, but a rather entitled and impolite receptionist called to say Sarah couldn’t do that day and asked if I could come on Friday instead. After reshuffling my schedule, I agreed to a 1pm appointment.

I set off half an hour early to allow for delays, but unfortunately hit heavy traffic. I called the receptionist to explain, and my ETA showed 1:15pm. I asked what the latest acceptable arrival time would be so I’d know whether it was worth continuing the journey. She clearly told me 1:30pm, as Sarah had clients after me.

After nearly two hours of driving, I arrived at 1:24pm, only to be greeted by the same receptionist—this time telling me Sarah had a doctor’s appointment and couldn’t see me after all. When I questioned why she had told me 1:30pm was the cutoff, she flat-out denied saying it. I also asked why no one had called to inform me of this change; her excuse was that “everyone else was late,” which made no sense and felt irrelevant.

Sarah then appeared and offered me 25% off if I rebooked for the following Wednesday during a training slot. I messaged today to confirm this still stands, as I don’t want to waste another day in traffic for nothing. Instead, I was asked if I could come on Friday again—which I can’t—and now I’m being completely ignored.

At this point, I feel it’s simply not meant to be. The whole experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and off-putting. To make matters worse, I’ve since come across some worrying examples of botched results. I won’t be returning, and I’ll certainly be sharing my experience with others. Show less »
