I’ve had a fantastic experience so far at Lys Clinic in Windermere. Faye and Abbi are both so friendly and professional, and they put me completely at ease from the very first consultation through to the laser treatment. I was really impressed with the results after just one session and can’t wait for the day my razor becomes redundant. If the first session is anything to go by, it soon will be! Although I’d been apprehensive about the pain, their state-of-the-art machine made it far less uncomfortable than waxing or epilation. I even found myself looking forward to my second session, which I had today. I feel very lucky to have such a fabulous clinic just a few minute walk from home, if you do live further away don’t let that put you off, this clinic is worth the journey. My experience at LYS has been absolutely perfect so far. During my first visit, Faye was wonderful at explaining everything in close detail from the preparation before my laser sessions, to the experience during my appointments and the requirements for aftercare. The clinic feels so professional and clean but without feeling horribly clinical or transactional and the space is so beautiful and calming. It's clear that the entire team place safety and hygiene as central which is so reassuring, and the team are so lovely, helpful and welcoming. I'm to rounds in to my laser treatments and the experience has been wonderful so far. I couldn't recommend LYS enough. Show less »

The team at LYS have been brilliant and I’m so happy with my Laser hair removal results! I have quite dark hair and after 2 sessions I’ve already noticed a huge difference so can’t wait to see the difference after the full course. The team have been great at explaining the process, what you can/can’t do to make sure you look after your skin throughout treatment phases and are always on hand to answer any questions. They’ve made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout. Would highly recommend! Show less »

Wow wow wow. This is my new go to place. I went here yesterday for a hydro facial. I wasn’t sure what to expect. After a one hour course of three treatments my skin looks and feels amazing this morning. The staff are super welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about dermatology.
