Leanne is lovely and clearly knowledgeable but unfortunately I didn’t receive the results I wanted from my treatment. After multiple revisits it became inconvenient and obvious the treatment wasn’t as described which is disappointing, especially as I’ve always had success elsewhere. Leanne is lovely and clearly knowledgeable but unfortunately I didn’t receive the results I wanted from my treatment. After multiple revisits it became inconvenient and obvious the treatment wasn’t as described which is disappointing, especially as I’ve always had success elsewhere. I hope it was a good quality product used but given the results and feedback Leanne had shared about other client experiences I fear it wasn’t and maybe we were Guinea pigs - which is a shame as I would love to have given Leanne my ongoing business. I also felt that after sharing my disappointment I got an AI generated response which lacked real resolution or understanding. It’s not a cheap treatment and I was massively inconvenienced so unfortunately this means I won’t be returning or recommending. Show less »

Leanne has treated a skin lesion (I’ve had present since birth) using the cryopen technology and the results have been incredible. Leanne is super friendly and went out of her way to help me redeem the Groupon voucher close to expiry date. During the appointment she explained benefits of the light therapy and answered all my questions.
