Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour during a call.

I called them to discuss a suitable hair treatment, and after getting her consent, I began explaining my situation. In the middle of our conversation, the lady abruptly cut the call without informing me, which felt very insulting and unprofessional. I had mentioned having treatments done abroad, maybe that impacted her attitude. I believe she was being racist.

I even tried calling back, but no one answered. If she was busy, she could have simply asked me to call later. Such rude behaviour is a loss to their company, as they’ve lost a new potential customer. The owner should look into how staff are treating clients, as this damages the salon’s reputation. I really hate writing bad reviews but feel that I should. The stylist was lovely. Really bubbly and friendly. I paid and asked for a 'bouncy' blow-dry. She washed it, dried it then curled it with ghd's. Nothing bouncy about it. It was really flat and to be honest was outdated. We had a black tie event to go to. My appointment was with Sherry and what an amazing job she did my cut and colour is just beautiful. I came to the salon this morning as i was recommend by my friend, and needless to say i wasn't disappointed. My appointment was with Sherry and what an amazing job she did my cut and colour is just beautiful. The atmosphere in the salon was really nice all the staff were lovely and engaging and chatting away which is really nice to see. Sherry took time to discuss what i wanted and also gave recommendations which ended up being the best, she was very nice and made sure i was comfortable.
