I really hate writing bad reviews but feel that I should. The stylist was lovely. Really bubbly and friendly. I paid and asked for a 'bouncy' blow-dry. She washed it, dried it then curled it with ghd's. Nothing bouncy about it. It was really flat and to be honest was outdated. We had a black tie event to go to.
