It’s not a reliable and safe clinic. There is no support, nobody responsible, if you have problems due to wrong procedures performed by them. Apparently the salon is closing down without informing the clients in the middle of their treatments. The professionals involved ignore the messages and block the clients who need help.

I booked a treatment from Groupon for here. Tried to book on number given, call tone was abroad. Visited place and no-one answered the door. Tried ringing number on door, this was dead. The saloon generally looked rundown and neglected.

Not reliable at all!!!
I was booking an eye lashes extension session on the 20th of November and they could book me in on the 7th of December, but because nobody told me about the patch test I had to rebook it on the 17th of December when with 3 hours before the session she sent me a message to cancel my appointment.
Useless waiting, for a MONTH, just to get...

I was booking an eye lashes extension session on the 20th of November and they could book me in on the 7th of December, but because nobody told me about the patch test I had to rebook it on the 17th of December when with 3 hours before the session she sent me a message to cancel my appointment.
Useless waiting, for a MONTH, just to get cancelled before Christmas when everyone is booked and you cannot find anybody else.
