It was a simply skin tag removal but I felt fully supported and listened to throughout.
Overall I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone as they keep you well informed both pre and post procedure and make sure you feel comfortable during the procedure. Show less »

I can’t thank Professor Madan and his team enough. Because of my fears of anything medical and not seeking help sooner, I needed extensive MOHs’ surgery on a large basal cell carcinoma. His thoroughness, calm approach, and expertise are second to none. I first saw him back in 2018 and now see him regularly for skin checks and mole mapping. Traditional patient-centered care that can be felt, which is rare in today's fast paced volatile society. Everything skin has provided the best clinical experience I've had in England. Dr. Matthew Harries and his team are excellent. I value authentic care, up-to-date information, expertise, professionalism, respect, empathy, integrity, patience and the feel of being treated as priority where your concerns are heard and communication is not a one way street. The care felt authentic, and I never felt rushed or like just another number. I appreciate their integrity, patience, and commitment to providing personalized care.
Based on my experience Everything skin will be my trusted choice for care and treatment (as long as i can afford it). I highly recommend them to anyone seeking expertise combined with genuine patient-focused service.

I booked a consultation with Dr. Matthew Harries, expecting a specialist-level assessment given the £380 fee. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations.

I travelled specifically for the appointment and came well prepared—with a detailed timeline, blood work, and supporting documents. Despite this, a large portion of the appointment was spent going over basic information I had already provided. Treatments were suggested that I had clearly disclosed I’d already tried, and the options presented were the same widely available treatments anyone can find with a quick online search.

What was most disappointing was the lack of depth in the assessment. There was no high-resolution imaging, no detailed scalp analysis, and no exploration of potential underlying causes—which is the very reason I booked a specialist appointment in the first place. Even key questions had to be sent by email afterward due to time constraints, and I received no response.

The quality of the consultation, both in terms of clinical tools and investigative depth, simply didn’t reflect the price. I left feeling like my efforts to prepare were overlooked, and the consultation provided no added value.

Giving 2 stars because the clinic staff were very friendly, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Show less »
