We’ve all been very grateful for his help over the years and he certainly is an expert in his field (and one that he is very passionate about). He offers unrivalled, top quality care with empathy, honesty, attention to detail and his pleasant, humble and professional manner. He always has time to listen to your concerns, you never feel rushed during your appointment and you can always email the clinic with questions/concerns. The process to make an appointment is very straightforward and if you’re considering private treatment and self funding, he offers this all at a competitive price. It goes without saying I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Professor Madan when it comes to my skin. The lovely nurses and clinic staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable, always happy to help and everyone has a smile on their face when you visit their immaculate Cheadle clinic. I recently attended the Everthing skin clinic in Cheadle for treatment for a small venous lake on my lip. I underwent laser treatment from Professor Madan and am happy to say that only a few days later I can see a huge improvement. The venous lake appears to have virtually disappeared and full recovery can take about a month so I am very confident the laser... Show more »

I underwent laser treatment from Professor Madan and am happy to say that only a few days later I can see a huge improvement. The venous lake appears to have virtually disappeared and full recovery can take about a month so I am very confident the laser treatment has been effective.
There are various clinics offering laser treatments however I believe it’s important to do your research and select a specialist who has the relevant expertise in this field due to the risks involved.
Professor Madan is clearly a very experienced and highly sought after consultant and I wish to thank him for his expertise. Show less »

Traditional patient-centered care that can be felt, which is rare in today's fast paced volatile society. Everything skin has provided the best clinical experience I've had in England. Dr. Matthew Harries and his team are excellent. I value authentic care, up-to-date information, expertise, professionalism, respect, empathy, integrity, patience and the feel of being treated as priority where your concerns are heard and communication is not a one way street. The care felt authentic, and I never felt rushed or like just another number. I appreciate their integrity, patience, and commitment to providing personalized care.
Based on my experience Everything skin will be my trusted choice for care and treatment (as long as i can afford it). I highly recommend them to anyone seeking expertise combined with genuine patient-focused service.

I booked a consultation with Dr. Matthew Harries, expecting a specialist-level assessment given the £380 fee. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations.

I travelled specifically for the appointment and came well prepared—with a detailed timeline, blood work, and supporting documents. Despite this, a large portion of the appointment was spent going over basic information I had already provided. Treatments were suggested that I had clearly disclosed I’d already tried, and the options presented were the same widely available treatments anyone can find with a quick online search.

What was most disappointing was the lack of depth in the assessment. There was no high-resolution imaging, no detailed scalp analysis, and no exploration of potential underlying causes—which is the very reason I booked a specialist appointment in the first place. Even key questions had to be sent by email afterward due to time constraints, and I received no response.

The quality of the consultation, both in terms of clinical tools and investigative depth, simply didn’t reflect the price. I left feeling like my efforts to prepare were overlooked, and the consultation provided no added value.

Giving 2 stars because the clinic staff were very friendly, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Show less »
