I had the _best_ afternoon here. I booked my appointment via the app which was really easy and convenient for me as I’m not usually able to have my phone during the day so end up doing admin at night. I got appointment reminders and a WhatsApp chat which was also great. My stylist was Katie Kumar, who is incredible. I’ve been looking for a new salon and stylist for a long time, so my hair had grown out a lot and it wasn’t easy to work out what had been done before or how to get it back on track. For this reason my appointment probably took longer than normal, but she took her time and adjusted her original plan when we worked it out, doing everything she could to fix things. I found her highly skilled and knowledgeable and great to chat to while she worked. By the end my hair looked a million times better and I left feeling amazing. I also met some of the others in the team and they were all lovely too. The salon itself is clean and beautiful and in a great location for me. Sometimes they have availability on a Sunday, and with hectic schedules this is really beneficial. They have many other services routinely available too. For these reasons I will definitely be back/ a regular customer! Show less »
