Confident Dental & Implant Clinic - Cheltenham Reviews
My elderly mum has been a patient here for a year, and seen various staff over that time as she has a lot of issues. All dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists we have seen are friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Lovely clean modern practice as well. Definitely recommend (Wilson Centre Practice)

My implants from Stroud have failed and have been trying to get some records from the dental practice for coming up to one month now but nothing being sent. I paid for an appointment to check why this has happened and would like to see the report. Has anyone else had similar problems, not sure what to do as I’m living with failing implants (very unpleasant)...

I needed to book an emergency dental appointment for wisdom tooth pain and Confident Dental Clinic Cheltenham were professional and friendly - booking me in within 24hours!! A really good service. All staff are polite and friendly. Imogen the hygienist explained every step of the procedure, which was reassuring. The procedure it's self was far less painful then I had imagined. I had a deep clean with no need for numbing. It was also kinder on my pocket then the equivalent service in other dentists. I'm very pleased.

When I heard that Confident Dental & Implant Clinic were opening another clinic just down the road from me in Cheltenham I was so pleased.
I had last seen Dr Colin Neil for implant treatment in his Stroud clinic some 8 years ago and had had a wonderful experience with the dental implant treatment he and his team provided then and the fixed implant teeth have given me brilliant service. Since then, my personal circumstances and my general health had meant I couldn’t travel to Stroud as easily as I had been able to and so I had attended a local dentist nearer to my home meanwhile.
Unfortunately, my remaining lower front teeth deteriorated in this time and succumbed to gum disease so I was keen to replace these loose painful teeth with dental implants with Dr Colin Neil and his expert team as they had helped me so much before, hence my relief when I heard the new Confident Cheltenham clinic would be so much nearer my home and easier for me to get to.
The new Confident Dental clinic is within The Wilson Health Centre on Prestbury Road, with easy car park at the rear and step free access with ramps and lifts if needed.
The supremely modern dental set up seems impressively designed and the Confident team put me immediately at ease with the kind offer of a coffee on arrival.
Having discussed all options with Dr Colin Neil and his team and a 3D CT bone scan to assess, I am due to have bone grafting and 2 implants for replacement of my front teeth in lower jaw and based on my prior experience with Confident in Stroud and their latest clinic in Cheltenham, I have no doubt that this will be carried out with gentle expertise as before. Thank you, it was a pleasure to see you again.

I cannot recommend Dr Colin Neil and his Confident Dental Implant Centre team enough. Colin's widely recognised reputation as a wonderful (and highly qualified) oral implant surgeon and educator of other dentists meant that when I heard about him, I was more than happy to travel for more than an hour to get to see him in Stroud. In fact I made it a pleasant day trip through the picturesque Cotswolds on my way to Stroud. Upon arrival at his impressive centre I was always treated like a VIP by Dr Neil and his excellent staff. The care they provided was not just technologically impressive with all the latest kit available including their own cone beam CT scanner but their approach was also caring, empathetic and the results have transformed my smile, bite and confidence so much for the better. I have invested in 7 implants including a whole upper set and another 1 in the lower jaw to replace a problem molar. If I ever have trouble from any other natural tooth I will be straight back to Dr Neil and his Confident Implant team and recommend you do the same. Show less »
