I wholeheartedly recommend Clinic Dr. Dray for treatment. I was visiting London from the US on a work trip and had received masseter Botox a few days before my arrival — unfortunately, it went very wrong. A part of my jaw began protruding on one side whenever I chewed, and it was only getting worse by the day. It was uncomfortable and constantly on my mind, especially when talking or eating around people. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to around 7 Botox clinics in London and even walked into another one, but they refused to see me. Thankfully, I walked into Clinic Dr. Dray and was immediately greeted by a professional and welcoming staff. Egle at the front desk was incredibly kind and attentive — she listened to my concerns right away and offered me a free consultation with the doctor and he saw me almost immediately. He was warm, knowledgeable, and professional, which put me at ease right away. He explained that the issue was a simple fix and presented all my options — either wait a few more days and come back when the botox has settled more or do a small Botox touch-up now. Given how bothered I was, he kindly offered to do the touch-up and at no cost. Within a few hours, I noticed a visible improvement in my jawline and now a day after, my jaw is back to normal. I no longer feel self-conscious about my appearance and am truly grateful for the care I received. This entire experience was a 100/10 and I'm beyond grateful for the team.
