Charlotte was absolutely amazing and calmed me down after feeling quite nervous when arriving, Charlotte explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I absolutely love my lips and cannot recommend her enough. She definitely has magic hands! X

I honestly can’t recommend her enough! She does my Botox and polynucleotides under the eyes, and the results are always amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about choosing the perfect treatment for my skin and individual needs.

What I love most is how she always takes the time to assess my face properly and recommend what will look natural and balanced — never overdone. On top of that, she’s so warm and friendly, which makes every appointment such a comfortable experience.

I'm so happy with my lips and cheeks, Lauren made me feel so comfortable as it was my first time. I wanted to be as natural as possible as she did exactly what I asked for. I wish I did This years ago. Lauren I can't thank you enough and what a beautiful salon. Very professional. Can't wait till my next visit.

Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable and will sit and discuss exactly what you want from a treatment, take time to explain, and even suggest what other treatments would help you get the results you are envisioning. She has her clients best interests at heart.

if i could give them no stars i would!!!!,

I Booked an appointment for my wife so she coulfd get her eye brows done, on the day of the appointment my wife who is disabled and has joint issues couldn't get out of bed to make the appointment, so i called and i emailed and i am still waiting for a responce, i had a call just before they decided TO GO INTO MY BANK AND TAKE THE Balance of £16.00. i called the number back staright away left a voicemail, called again left a voicemail called again whats the point!!. they are very happy to just take your money so avoid at all costs. they could have even offered a different day but no we just take your Money!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn’t recommend enough. I’m absolutely in love with my results! From start to finish, Charlotte made me feel calm, informed, and completely taken care of. She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which really helped ease my nerves as a first-timer. Even during the treatment she was incredibly caring and made me feel at ease.

Lauren is very knowledgeable and was able to assess me, and give me realistic expectations of what I can expect for my first ever botox treatments.
I am nervous, however i do have complete faith in Lauren and feel confident that I am in safe hands.
