Utterly disappointing experience a lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity.
I had very high hopes when I first visited Banning Dental Crawley for Invisalign treatment. The team initially seemed professional and reassuring, and I entered into a signed agreement for a full treatment package. However, everything went downhill from there.
After signing and paying, I was suddenly informed that the total cost had increased despite there being no mention of this in the signed contract. When I questioned it, I was told the original agreement would be honoured and that my aligners were already being made and shipped.
Then, out of nowhere, I received a phone call and I was told I would now need a “specialist team” at additional cost directly contradicting previous written confirmation. I immediately asked for a refund as I ni longer eq any to deal with this company. She said she would get back to me.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response whatsoever. I’ve wasted weeks chasing updates, with absolutely no communication or accountability from the clinic and still have not received a refund.
This experience has been stressful, misleading, and completely unprofessional. What began with confidence and enthusiasm has ended in anger and total loss of trust.
I strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to be extremely cautious, request everything in writing, and ensure full clarity before committing.
A complete lack of service, transparency, and respect for patients. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously
