I went here for the first time today and I have to say it was an absolutely perfect experience. Anna is so kind, professional, patient and such a lovely person. She instantly made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves right away. She is incredibly good at what she does and I wasn't in there for long at all. She provides the best high quality, quick and easy treatments and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. I truly do recommend her to anyone, including people who have never stepped in an environment like this, such as myself. She is completely non judgemental and trust me you are completely safe in her hands. After having had numerous treatments at this clinic I had to post just how amazing my experiences have been!

I came across Anna’s clinic after searching online thoroughly for laser treatments. I contacted Anna who was prompt in her response and answered any questions I had in detail. I actually couldn’t make the first appointment as I had a sudden health issue but Anna was very understanding and kindly rearranged with me.

As I had had laser before I didn’t need an initial consultation. When I arrived for my first appointment Anna was very professional. She explained to me the treatment and the laser machine which is amazing. I had booked in for laser in my private areas.

The treatment started and Anna stopped to check that everything was ok and I said all was fine and to proceed. The laser went absolutely fine and rather pain free, as it was the latest version so I was pleasantly surprised. It has a cooling system so it doesn’t hurt no where near as much as other laser. Anna was attentive, kind and constantly checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain. I sat through the session which didn’t take long at all.

During treatment we discussed that I had some scaring, acne, and discolouration on my buttocks and Anna explained that she does offer a peel to help with this. As I had suffered with this for a long time I was willing to try anything and I am so glad I did!

We finished off and booked in for my next laser and for the peel.

I have since had 3 peels done and the difference in my skin is just unbelievable! My bum is so soft to touch, smoother with the skin much lighter, my scarring has gone down a lot. As my skin is rejuvenating each session, it’s helped my acne greatly. If it wasn’t for Anna I wouldn’t have achieved such results and for that I’m so happy. I can’t stop looking at it in the mirror! I feel so much more confident again. The procedure has been painless each time which is a plus and you get to see all the dead skin that is removed, so you know it’s working!

Anna has been very honest and upfront with me and I feel she has my best interests at heart in terms of my skin and body, it is reflected in her work ethic. This isn’t just a job for Anna, she truly cares about her clients.

Since then we have decided to book in for laser on my face too as I have some facial hair I would like gone. That session went really well and I had no after effects, my skin has been fine. I am noticing improvement in hair reduction already even though I have only had a few sessions.

Anna and I have discussed treatment for scarring on my face and she has recommended the dermapen which I will start asap.

The clinic is accessible from the side of the building and is very easy to get to. It is clean, bright, spacious and feels very modern. The atmosphere is very relaxing as soon as you walk in.

Anna is very easy to talk to, makes you feel relaxed. Over the past couple of months I have left the clinic each time extremely satisfied and happy with the quality of treatments provided. I always look forward to my next session with Anna.

Anna is kind, thorough but professional at the same time. She truly is a wonderful woman. You can tell she has worked hard to get her business to where it is and deserves all the love she can get!

If you’re just starting out your health journey and looking for beauty treatments this is definitely the place to be. The prices are very decent too. Just know you will be in very safe hands and know that Anna wants what is best for you.
